Very interesitng and sad history lesson in the form of Haiku's. Gives you a real feeling of what it was like to be in a Japanese interment camp during world war 2.
Haikus are grouped and presented from the separate groups of Japanese citizens put in camps by US during WW II. Writer provides background and some story of each group before presenting the haikus. Very helpful in understanding the pain and the joy of the people during this horrible time.
