Sort of like Jack Reacher meets the Sci Fi theory of everything. The book links most of the unexplained phenomena of earth's past and wraps them into an action adventure including advanced humans, wild explanations and convenient logic leaps. The writing is not compelling, but breezy and easy to read. Good Sci Fi should really make you think "what if" and ultimately this book doesn't get there. Adventure, battles and action is its main focus. Overall, it's fun but not really a satisfying read.

I lost a lot of sleep time reading this book, I just couldn't put the book down and go to bed on time... I enjoyed the storyline, the characters even the Dog! I was hoping that this team didn't save the world and that would be the end of them, I'm happy to hear that there may be others to come?

This book was an interesting concept on advanced civilizations visiting earth's past. The size of the "secret" organization was a bit overwhelming but still believable. The plot developed well and in all had many surprises. Would make a good trilogy; but must zap more bad guys faster.

I like the writing and concept. Some characters were developed and then left in the dust. The sexual content was childish and should not have been put it the book. The lead female character was blushing more than once at things said during intense scenes that people wouldn't normally blush at. That is distracting. The end leaves you hanging with author comments "want a sequel, write some reviews." Pandering.

This was a good mystery type of book. It keeps you going to find out what's going on and what's going to happen. The characters were good and easy to follow. This was a good change compared to what I usually like to read.

Good story and fast paced but was a little disappointed with the ending since I thought this was a stand-alone story (and it is) but the author left several things open for a possible future series. That's fine and would be a good series but as I said I bought this book thinking it was a stand alone story that would answer everything.

I admit it was an interesting read. A lot of potential to explore further. I mean continue the story back in time or forward. I am not as nitpicky as others to grammar or misspelled words. I look at the big picture. The plot is good, the characters are deployed timely and efficiently. There was is enough imagination to get your own going. Give it a try, you will not be bored.

This story had some very interesting concepts, and the characters were quite likable. I believe the author can use the all the hanging threads to conjure up a couple more books, and I hope we see another chapter soon.
