Having my own children made me realise the value of manners and the need of them as we grow. Knowing i can teach my children manners and in turn that they will feel comfortable knowing how to behave and how others could behave is important. This book is small, bright pink (boys/men- may think manners are only for girls/women) Each page has a manner (there are 365 manners chosen), a small description/brief outline and either a bible passage or famous quote to highlight the descrition.Like most manners, children find them easier to emmulate when the adults know them. I would say this is a handy family reference on manners and useful should you have small members.
This manners book is great to grab at the dinner table and read a page or two. It is fun and a great tool of etiquette. Kids and adults can benefit.
I loved this book; having a "manner for the day" is an awesome way to study these as a family.
This book is a must have for everyone. Good practical manners that everyone should know. Excellent for children. This is a good book to discuss at the dinner table. I'm so glad I bought for my granddaughters.
I still want this book in physical form but I went ahead and got the digital copy. We use it for etiquette and manners class in our homeschool. GREAT book and love the scripture accompaniment!
