Not sure why the other reviews were pretty useless...at least explain why you hate it. My only problem was that the practice problems were stupidly simple compared to the test. That's why you should get the practice tests in another book or for free online.Anyway, I actually bought the book and I feel like this plus the Mcgraw-Hill practice test is the reason why I scored highly (92.7% composite score). There are some concepts I haven't seen since high school-6 years ago, and this book does a solid job of covering them. Granted, it's going to feel like common sense reading it and like it's not going to help you. But after taking the practice test in my other study guide it helped a lot to have the basics covered and explained clearly. If you're going to get one book on just how to answer the questions instead of the questions themselves-get this book.
Not the best teas prep, but it's a great value for the price. The official ATI guide is best, but more expensive and not available on kindle. This crash course book also includes an online exam that is reasonably similar to the real one. Whatever you choose, supplement with teas YouTube playlists.
I really like the step by step ways to be careful with your time while taking the test. Also, explaining the the background of nursing careers was helpful.
Great book. Much easier to understand than other teas books even the book by actual company who make the test in my opinion
Without it, I had not a chance. With it, I sailed through the test with only skim-style studying.
Only got a 57 on the teas. Not worth the money
