I am in healthcare and often need this type of information. This book does not contain any unique information that could not be found in prescribing information (package inserts). It is overpriced for the content and quality of the book (cheap backing and paper). I have NO conflict of interest in this, but would recommend Aronoff GR, et al. Drug Prescribing in Renal Failure: Dosing Guidelines for Adults and Children. 5th ed. Philadelphia, PA: American College of Physicians; 2007. If you go this route do NOT buy the electronic version as it is too difficulty to navigate and printing in extremely difficult.
