I bought the first book "I'm having twins" by itself but, after I gifted it and the kid loved it I decided to get her the rest for her birthday. She loved Paris and the other characters in the book. The illustrations are clear and intriguing and it's honestly such a fun read for the kids. the My Friend Paris series introduces new adventures to the kids and gets them excited about having siblings!
I can't say enough nice things about the Paris series of books. I absolutely love the illustrations that are so colorful and attention-getting. My niece is thoroughly enjoying reading these books that are just the right number of pages, around 18-24, so as not to lose the child's attention. I grew up on stories in the I Can Read series such as Sammy the Seal, Danny the Dinosaur, Little Bear and so on. It's really nice to see children's books are still following the series format. Your child will certainly enjoy the different things happening in Paris' life as well as places she's visited!
These books are great. They are written by a child about her true life experiences for children. The wording is easy to read for young children and the illustrations are beautifully done. Once you're done reading I'm Having Twins with your little one(s) you will need to know what happens next in Paris's adventure with twin sisters, so save some time and money and buy the box set.
