I was hoping for a quick guide to look at, but you really have to study it to know what you are looking at. Each muscle is written on the sides and then the origin/insertions are in blue/red. You have to already know your stuff really well, don't get it as a review for the MBLEx, that's what I wanted it for...it won't help.

I collected ALL of these in the series and I am so glad I did. These charts have become incredibly helpful and educational for both my own studies and reference as an MT, as well as my children using them for general knowledge and school work. I would highly recommend and buy again.

I bought this for myo class. It does not name the origin and insertions which is what you need to know. Would NOT recommend this item.

This guide while handy is really hard to understand. If you have no idea about muscles do not start with this guide. The origins and insertations are kind of hard to distinguish unless you have prior background knowledge.

My anatomy professor suggested these for study tools and sure enough my grades went from C's to A'sHighly recommended for anyone trying to get better grades! Also you can write on them with dry erase markers!

The cards are well laminated, clear text and images. It provides great reading material when you dont have a book.diagrams seem very accurate as does labeling.professional organisation to purchase from.

These quick reference sheets are always a great item to have. They are much faster to reference than looking up something on a tablet or book. I would strongly recommend this series of visual aids to any working professional or aspiring student, they will make your life easier both in the clinic and classroom.

These come in handy more often then I imagined. Especially during my studying hours for my mblex! They are small enough to fit in a binder, also big enough to hang on your wall for a quick run through. Definitely worth the money!
