This is an excellent primer for psychologists or social workers who desire to participate within the area of forensic psychoogy. Stan Brodsky, the Expert Witness Extrodinare is frequently cited. Very readable work which offers the opportunity for CEU's through CE4less.com.

Updates to this second edition include new case law and ethical standards. The roles of treating and forensic clinicians have been clarified and expanded. The research on forensic psychology and mental health has developed immensely since the first edition. This edition also provides useful online resources for practitioners.
