This is a fantastic and motivational novel for the readers. As the story of Joe is heart touching and full of hurdles and sadness but the best thing is that he never lose hope. Besides facing the recklessness and inattentive behavior of his father he still remain persistent and determinant.
Very engaging and informative book. The book was excellent this summary was poorly written with many grammatical errors in it it was hard to read and I don't think it captured the full thrust of the book. As the story of Joe is heart touching and full of hurdles and sadness but the best thing is that he never lose hope. Besides facing the recklessness and inattentive behavior of his father he still remain persistent and determinant.Overall, great book, I highly recommended this book.
Considering that I'm not at all a sports person, it seems odd to me that I would even be reading this book. I didn't know what to expect, but after reading the first chapter I was totally hooked. It only got better from there. I loved this very well written, carefully researched and compelling book, and the bottom line is that it's one I can recommend very highly. The story will move you in anyway. In terms of nonfiction, it's probably the best I've read this year.
An easy-to-read narrative with timeline illustrated. The summarization of characters and events were a bit broad, and some pharagraphs gave too much information that was supposed to be reserved for the next part/chapter. But with all that given, it made me see easier the overview and achievements of Joe throughout his life. This short book also gave me a few additional information on history I never would have known if not for it, such as the 1936 Summer Olympics was actually held in Nazi Germany.
It is a great way to get the full experience of this novel. This summary was very well organized, detailed and informative, and he provided excellent information of Joe's story and had a great explanation of how characters.I such as how to analyze the relationship that both Joe and his father, Harry. and his brother, Fred. The artist is someone important in life used the great power of his inner man.
It will really going to make the readers be astounded by this book. An inspiring one that makes you connect by the character. Even through hardships and failure. There is still hope and light even in the darkest room. The author is a skillful one in making a novel like this. It really makes the audience captures its attention. Such a wonderfully made and appreciable book. This one do really makes a five star rating.
This summary was excellent! It had a chapter by chapter summary following Joe Rantz character as the main protagonist and his journey of starting at the bottom and working his way to the top. Even in this summary you see a lot of hope and motivation. I really enjoyed the analysis after the summary. Really gives you a unique and different way to look at things. At the end there is a quiz to test what you have learned! Awesome summary!
What a rip-off. The cover has the appearance of the novel "The boys in the boat" but is a clever fake. It is a poorly written summary. Why would  stoop such a low level as to allow this to be sold under their name? It would be like Camel cigarette company selling a cheap brand of cigarettes with a lama as a logo that looked deceptively similar to the original package, but they were made of dandelion leaves instead of tobacco.
