Wife loves it for nursing school
This is the best care plan book I have seen so far. My school recommended two other books that I bought but I found this to be better and so easy to use. It is straight to the point and very well ORGANIZED. I can't over emphasize how glad I was when I stumbled on an older version of the Swearigen book. I knew instantly that I needed something like it and I came here to look for the latest edition. If you are new to nursing and are trying to understand what care plans are and how to get started, this book is sure banker!!!

This may be the last Kindle textbook I purchase. For $6 more, I would have had to lug around the paperback version, but at least it has PAGE NUMBERS!!! Do not get the Kindle version if you plan on using it for care plans that require citations.
Great book for a student nurse.
This is a pretty helpful book for making concept maps and care plans. I often feel like my head is spinning trying to put all these things together and this book is laid out quite well.
I found this book to be lacking compared to other care plan books. I often found myself searching online for nursing diagnosis in order to complete my care plans.
Gotta have this to help with care plans in nursing school. Easier to read and figure out how to use compared to competitors which I also bought. Ugh!
